Founded over 150 years ago we are extremely proud of our rich heritage and the generations of clients we have advised. This historical element of the firm is complemented by our modern and progressive approach towards client service excellence and client care approach.

Over 150 employees work with us on their career path, including 30 partners, across our six offices in Chester, Wrexham, Ashton-under-Lyne, Liverpool, Birmingham and London. We also boast a thriving trainee recruitment programme.

We are proud of our comprehensive corporate social responsibility strategy, which  ensures we support local charities and community projects and events, provide pro bono to those who need it, and actively aim to reduce our impact on the environment.

We have also adopted an 'Investing in Welsh' Welsh Language Board scheme to ensure high service quality for our Welsh clients.
