We recruit trainee solicitors every year to join us on a
two-year rotational programme, and we are proud to be able to offer
a diverse range of opportunities to the trainees who join us.
You will complete four six-month seats in different areas of the
firm, giving you the opportunity to experience diverse legal fields
before deciding what area you want to specialise in.
We provide intense one-to-one coaching and support for all our
trainees. In each seat you will work alongside a partner, normally
sharing their office, to ensure you have top-level support. We have
found that this is the best way for you to learn and put your
academic knowledge into practice.
It might interest you to know that many of our partners began here
as trainees, including director and head of PI, Neil
Turnbull, and managing partner Gareth Humphreys, so you can expect
plenty of opportunities for career progression.
All trainees also form part of our social committee,
responsible for managing the firm's social events calendar. Being a
rather sociable firm, this remit comes with great
responsibility!
