You will start working with us in the first week of September of
the year you have been recruited for. We appreciate starting a new
job can be daunting and will do everything we can to help you
settle in and become a member of the team straight away.
Your first day will begin with an induction to the firm from our HR
manager Tammy
Hughes and training partner Angela Woods to help you find your way
around, followed by lunch with our existing trainees. You will also
be introduced to some of the key people within the firm in your
first week.
You will also be allocated to your first department, which could be
any of the departments across the firm. We will always try to place
you in an area that you have declared an interest in, but decisions
are also made depending on which department can accommodate a
trainee at that time.
From here on in, Angela Woods our training partner, will be
on hand to answer any concerns or issues you might have, or just to
provide support.
We have an open door policy, and colleagues will be happy to
help where they can.
