Damian studied law at Liverpool University and Chester College of Law, and qualified as a solicitor in 2006. After qualifying, he gained experience of employment law within an organisation and then joined Thornleys personal injury department in 2009 which transferred to Walker Smith Way in April 2010.

Damian specialises in workplace accidents, occupiers liability, accidents in public places and road traffic accidents.

Why did you choose to specialise in personal injury?
It is a fast paced area of law, involving interesting and varied cases and individuals.

What has been the highlight of your career so far?
Without a doubt: qualifying as a solicitor.

What do you feel most passionate about within your working life?
Getting the best result for clients and supporting them professionally throughout their claim.

What do you feel most passionate about within your home life?
Football, travel and socialising with friends.

If you won the lottery tomorrow, what is the first thing you would do?
I'd rush out and buy a Maserati.
