of Legal Executives (ILEX).
Why did you choose to specialise in employment
law?
I'd been involved with trade union campaigns against
unemployment, poverty, discrimination and such like, and then
became involved in advising individuals on their employment rights.
Employment law can be very gratifying.
What has been the highlight of your career so
far?
The best is yet to come!
What do you feel most passionate about within your
working life?
A happy, supportive working environment free from all forms of
prejudices, cliques, petty infantile jealousies and where everybody
gets on with each other.
What do you feel most passionate about within your
home life?
A truly safe, mutually supportive and unconditionally loving
environment. A retreat from the outside world! What more could I
want?
If you won the lottery tomorrow, what's the first
thing you'd do?
I guess like lots of people, I've fantasised about this one
and have already spent the money in my head. One thing's for sure,
I wouldn't mention the win or the amount to anyone!
