Having been a member of Walker Smith Way's commercial property department for over 30 years, partner and director Gray has considerable experience in all aspects of commercial property work.

Gray specialises primarily in commercial freehold and leasehold and sales/purchases linked to property. He is also involved in the property aspects of onshore gas exploration.

Why did you choose to specialise in commercial property?
I did not enjoy litigation so when I was offered a job in the property department it was undoubtedly the department I was best suited to and most enjoyed.

What has been the highlight of your career so far?
Seeing Walker Smith Way as probably the leading law firm in the area when I joined in 1972, continue to develop and go from strength to strength whilst retaining its integrity and professionalism.

What do you feel most passionate about within your working life?
Service.

Family.
