Helen is involved in all aspects of commercial property work
including commercial freehold work and business sales/purchases
linked to property. She specialises particularly in development
work involving the acquisition of development sites and their
division into plots for eventual sale.
A fluent welsh speaker, Helen qualified in 1999 and is now a
partner with the firm.
Why did you choose to specialise in commercial
property?
I've always enjoyed property law but I particularly enjoy the
complexities of putting a site together and seeing the entire
project through to its final stages. The process is like putting
together a jigsaw, so experiencing the final result is very
rewarding.
What has been the highlight of your career so
far?

home life?
My gorgeous girls! No bias of course!
