Jeremy qualified in 1990 and became a partner with the firm in
1998. He has a breadth of experience covering all dispute
resolution matters and has spent his entire legal career as a
litigator. Jeremy has a particular interest in property litigation
and provides advice and representation from both a landlord and
tenant perspective. He is a member of the Property Litigation
Association.
Jeremy also handles litigation relating to agricultural
disputes, boundary disputes, adverse possession claims, restrictive
covenants, easements to name just a few as well as dealing with
construction litigation/building disputes and general commercial
litigation ranging from debt recovery to contact disputes.
Why did you choose to specialise in dispute
resolution?
I've always found this to be an interesting area of
law. I enjoy the contact with clients and the variety of
work.
What has been the highlight of your career so
far?
Every case with a successful outcome! No one thing in
particular.
What do you feel most passionate about within your
working life?
Doing the best I can for my clients.
What do you feel most passionate about within your
home life?
Family.
If you won the lottery tomorrow, what's the first
thing you'd do?
I have to say wake up as I haven't bought a lottery ticket for
years!
