Mark joined Walker Smith Way in 1988 and has been a personal
injury lawyer since qualifying. Mark is head of our occupational
disease team. He specialises in occupational disease,
stress/harassment, noise induced hearing loss, occupational asthma
and work related upper limb disorder claims.
A former social worker, Mark is a member of the Law Society
Personal Injury Panel, Association of Personal Injury lawyers and
is an accredited solicitor with the Spinal Injuries
Association.
Why did you choose to specialise in personal
injury?
I have a keen interest in the medical and legal issues
relating to occupational disease claims.
What has been the highlight of your career so
far?
Each and every successful claim is a highlight.

Fighting for injured people and their families.
