Patricia has been a solicitor for over 20 years, and joined
Walker Smith Way in 2003. Dealing with Wills and all land
related matters, she has a great deal of experience gained in
both private practice and working in Local Authority.
Patricia also has particular expertise in dealing with property
transfers following death or divorce/separation. She is
also a member of the Association of Women Solicitors.
Why did you choose to specialise in residential
property and Wills?
I like dealing with matters needing attention to detail and
sensitive handling.
What has been the highlight of your career so
far?
When I acquired absolute freehold title to land
acquired by possession, which subsequently sold for £50,000. Also
being held out by the District Land Registry at Birkenhead as an
example of good practice of large scale registrations.
What do you feel most passionate about within your
working life?
Helping people through a stressful time and making things
progress as quickly and as stress free as possible.
What do you feel most passionate about within your
home life?
My family.
If you won the lottery tomorrow, what is the first
thing you would do?
I do not do the lottery, but would probably take a trip around
the world and give to charity.
