Paul qualified as a solicitor in 2002, having completed his training contract with Thornleys in Ashton-under-Lyne and then transferred to Walker Smith Way in 2010. Before moving into the legal profession he was a liability claims inspector with an insurance company for ten years, where he developed an interest in accident and disease work. The experience he gained in this role gives him invaluable insights into how insurance companies work.

Paul specialises in manual handling accidents, road traffic accidents, employment and accidents in public places.

Why did you choose to specialise in personal injury?
