Paula joined Walker Smith Way in 1996 and qualified as a
solicitor in 2010. She now specialises in employers liability and
road traffic accident claims.
Why did you choose to specialise in this particular
area of law?
It is challenging and provides for a variety of cases. It is
very rewarding to obtain a successful outcome for my clients.
What has been the highlight of your career so
far?
Winning my first trial and qualifying as a solicitor.

working life?
Providing the best service that I can to each of my

home life?
