Rhian qualified as a solicitor and joined Walker Smith Way in
1997. She deals with all aspects of residential property
conveyancing and is fluent in both written and spoken welsh.
Why did you choose to specialise in residential
property?
I spent most of my two-year training period in Liverpool
doing residential property work so it followed quite naturally at
the time. I have specialised purely in residential property since
qualifying in 1997 and have gained a wealth of knowledge and
practical experience, which makes life easier for me and my
clients.
What has been the highlight of your career so
far?
Being made a partner at Walker Smith Way.
What do you feel most passionate about within your
working life?
Giving clients a good quality service so they feel they
can recommend me to their own friends and family. You should always
treat your clients and your colleagues in a way that you would want
to be treated yourself.
What do you feel most passionate about within your home
life?
I love camping holidays in the sun, going for long walks
(but no hills!), bombay sapphire and tonic with plenty of ice and
lime, long lazy lie-ins, good food and good music.
If you won the lottery tomorrow, what is the first
thing you would do?
I am not sure. How much does George Clooney cost?
