Sally joined Walker Smith Way in 1998. She deals with a variety
of personal injury claims, specialising particularly in road
traffic accidents, dermatitis, vibration white finger, manual
handling, slips, trips and falls. She also handles motor insurance
bureau claims on behalf of members.
Sally is a fellow of the Royal Chartered Institute of Legal
Executives (ILEX) and has also been appointed the chair of ILEX for
the Chester and north wales branch.
Why did you choose to specialise in personal
injury?
Before joining Walker Smith Way I worked mainly in the areas
of civil litigation and contract disputes. I chose to switch and
specialise in this particular area of law because it is
challenging, rewarding and every day is different.
What has been the highlight of your career so
far?
Qualifying as fellow and being promoted to associate.
What do you feel most passionate about within your
working life?
Providing an efficient service to my clients and achieving
successful resolution of the claims.
What do you feel most passionate about within your
home life?
Spending time with my husband.

thing you'd do?
Make sure my immediate family are financially secure.
