Simon has been supporting trade unions and their members on personal injury claims since 1986. During his career he has worked on a number of different cases, and latterly worked with Thornleys in Ashton-under-Lyne before transferring to Walker Smith Way in April 2010.

Simon specialises in employers liability claims, road traffic accidents and slips and trips.

Why did you choose to specialise in personal injury?
For the variety: day to day, no two cases are the same.

What has been the highlight of your career so far?
I've had various successes in Court over the years.

What do you feel most passionate about within your working life?
Supporting the individual against the 'system'.

What do you feel most passionate about within your home life?
Football and two "grown up" children.

If you won the lottery tomorrow, what is the first thing you would do?
"Invest" in Bradford City AFC. Money down the drain I know!
