Stephen completed his degree at John Moores University in
Liverpool before studying his legal practising course and post
graduate diploma in law at the College of Law in Chester. He joined
Walker Smith Way in 2002 and qualified in 2006.
Stephen specialises in handling accidents at work including
manual handling, liability regulation breaches, industrial disease
cases and stress cases.
Why did you choose to specialise in personal
injury?
Having the opportunity to make a difference to people's lives
and dealing with people on a daily basis.
What has been the highlight of your career so
far?
Becoming a solicitor.
What do you feel most passionate about within your
working life?
Client care and doing your best to get the best possible
result for your clients.
What do you feel most passionate about within your
home life?
Football (and sport in general), socialising, music (playing
my band), as well as my family and friends of course.
If you won the lottery tomorrow, what's the first
thing you'd do?
I would throw a huge party for all my friends and colleagues
and worry about how I will spend the rest of it!
