Victoria joined Walker Smith Way as a trainee solicitor in 2010 and qualified as a solicitor in 2012. Victoria is part of the personal injury team and specialises in employers' liability cases.

Victoria studied law at Durham University and completed her LPC at the College of Law in Chester. While studying for her LPC, Victoria also did pro bono work with Witness Support in Wrexham.

Why did you choose to specialise in personal injury?
During my time as a trainee in this department, I was involved in a wide variety of cases which provided me with a fresh challenge every day. I also enjoy the regular client contact that comes with working in personal injury. During each case, you get to build a relationship with the client, and support them through what can be a stressful and difficult time in their lives.

What has been the highlight of your career so far?
Qualifying as a solicitor with Walker Smith Way.

What do you feel most passionate about within your working life?
Working closely with clients to find legal solutions which suit their individual needs.

What do you feel most passionate about within your home life?
My family and friends.

If you won the lottery tomorrow, what is the first thing you would do?
Buy a villa in Florida and move out there immediately!
