Buying
If you are considering buying property or land at auction, we can help to protect your interests by reviewing the auction pack to check its title and 'suitability for purpose'. If you are successful in bidding, we can then complete all of the associated legal formalities to proceed through to completion and all post completion matters such as land registration.

Selling
We can prepare the necessary auction pack and legal contract and can deal with any pre-auction enquiries. We will liaise with the selling agent and attend the actual auction (if requested to do so) to ensure all contractual issues are dealt with. We will then proceed with the transaction through to completion.
