If your case advances to the Crown Court, our experienced team will proactively defend each individual case, selecting a barrister best suited to the case. We will advise you on your plea and prospects of success and likely sentence in each case, and be present at each stage of your trial and sentencing hearing (if appropriate). We will also advise on any grounds of appeal if required.

Public funding (where the government pays for your legal representation) is available in all Crown Court cases; however a judge may order that a contribution be paid towards these costs following any guilty verdict.
