Being a member of a Trade Union brings many benefits. Unions help thousands of people at work every day.

Unions help to create and keep safe workplaces as well as negotiate better pay and conditions. They support employees in the workplace, facilitating progression through training and development, whilst ensuring they are treated fairly and their views taken into account. Trade Unions always defend employee rights. Unions are all about partnership and encouraging workers and employers to work together for the benefit of all.

For some jobs, there is a natural choice of which Union to join, but that is not always the case. The following links will give you more information on how to join one of the Unions we currently act for:
