You will start working with us in the first week of September of the year you have been recruited for. We know that starting a new job can be daunting and we will do everything to help you settle in and become a member of the team straight away. Your first day will begin with an induction into the firm from our HR Manager Sarah Williams and Training Partner Neil Turnbull to help you find your way around. You will then go out for lunch with our existing trainees. Your first week will be spent being introduced to some of the key people within the Firm.
You will then be allocated to your first department, which could be any of the departments throughout the Firm. We will always try to place you in an area that you have declared an interest in, but decisions are also made depending on which department can accommodate a trainee at that time.
From here on in, Neil Turnbull our Training Partner, will be on-hand to answer any concerns or issues you might have – or just to provide support. We have an open–door policy, and you will find that your colleagues will be happy to help where they can.
