Brian has extensive experience in civil litigation, gained from over 30 years of practising law. He specialises in Personal Injury (including Clinical Negligence, brain injuries, back injuries and disease cases), professional negligence and probate inheritance claims.
As a mediator, Brian has experience in mediating civil litigation and has particular experience of professional negligence, probate inheritance, commercial and contractual, personal injury, property claims and clinical negligence cases.
As well as being Senior Partner with the firm, Brian is also a Deputy District Judge and an accredited Mediator with both the Alternative Dispute Resolution Group and the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution.
Brian is the firm’s Client Care Partner.
