Why did you choose to specialise in Employment Law?

I enjoy the fact that I can help people by applying the law in a practical way to try and resolve their problem.

What has been the highlight of your career so far?

First of all being offered my training contract with Walker Smith Way and then joining the firm as a qualified Solicitor.

What do you feel most passionate about within your working life?

I’m passionate about helping those who might not otherwise have anyone to help, and making sure that big organisations cannot abuse their position against one individual.

What do you feel most passionate about within your home life?

Spending time with friends, family and my wife. Also following the highs and lows of Welsh Rugby.

If you won the lottery tomorrow, what is the first thing you would do?

Collapse with shock.
