Stephen joined Walker Smith Way as a Trainee in 2000 and qualified in 2002. He specialises in all aspects of commercial freehold and leasehold work including landlord and tenant transactions, commercial lending, easements, pipeline and windfarm projects.
Why did you choose to specialise in Commercial Property?
I have a general interest in property and believe my skills are best suited to this area of law.
What has been the highlight of your career so far?
Becoming an Associate with the firm on the 1st January 2006.
What do you feel most passionate about within your working life?
Being an essential part of the jigsaw in a client's business.
What do you feel most passionate about within your home life?
Detaching myself from working life and relaxing with my wife and young son.
If you won the lottery tomorrow, what's the first thing you'd do?
Have a few beers and contemplate squandering a few million by investing in Port Vale F.C.
