If the accident happened at work, you may be entitled to compensation from your employer. Your employer may be liable in many difference circumstances including those where there is:
- An unsafe place or work
- An unsafe system of work
- Faulty or inadequate work equipment
- Inadequate protective clothing and equipment
- Insufficient training
- Negligence of another employee
- Exposure to harmful substances
- Bullying or harassment
